Sheila is an experienced relationship consultant and
holds a diploma in life coaching, as well as a practitioner’s
certificate in NLP, and a diploma in Women’s Studies.
Sheila experienced first hand the ending of a marriage;
her own. This experience inspired her to find the answer
to the question why such an overwhelming amount of people
are divorcing.
One of the answers to this question is that most men
and women do not know what true love means to them,
much less what it means to the person they have committed
to sharing their lives with. In part people tend to
live their lives from their minds, not their hearts,
and allow feelings of manipulation, anger and jealousy
to take over their relationships. Sheila takes the stand
that couples do not realize what it truly is they need
in each other and that they should expect less and give
more in order to receive the love they want for themselves.
It is not surprising that our past lives and experiences
influence us, Sheila has observed in many couples how
these experiences can place a burden on a relationship,
resulting in unmet expectations, inadequate communication
and general feelings of severe dissatisfaction.
Sheila effectively lifts the masks off of her clients
and teaches them how to connect to each other on a deeper
level, such that they can find what they are looking
for without feeling like they have to control the relationship,
manipulate it into what they think they want it to be,
or in any other way use self destructive tactics to
try and obtain what they really want: unconditional
love and sharing.
Sheila will change your perception of your
relationship, and help you see ways in which you can
more easily communicate with your partner and truly
connect to each other in a way that ensures a healthy
relationship can be built and maintained.
